About

Dr. Kelley Haven earned her medical degree from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. She completed her internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC. Dr. Haven earned a BA in Anthropology and International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Dr. Haven is a Junior Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her professional areas of interests include comprehensive women’s healthcare, minimally invasive surgery, and affirming care for LGBTQ and transgender patients. Prior to joining Greenville Women’s Care, Dr. Haven was the Women’s Health Fellowship Director at ECU’s Brody School of Medicine Department of Family Medicine and helped introduce gender affirming care at ECU’s Student Health Clinic.

She is a volunteer physician at the Pitt County Cares Clinic, a free clinic run by ECU health science students. She has volunteered in rural Guatemala on medical and surgical service trips. A native of Greenville, NC, Dr. Haven enjoys spending time with her daughter and their rescue dog. When she is not in the office, she can be found outdoors in her garden or biking on the greenway.
