We will be transitioning from our current patient portal (ezAccess) to a new patient portal on Tuesday June 23, 2026.
Our new portal will provide a secure and convenient way to manage your healthcare online. You will be able to:

- · Access test and visit results.
- · Request prescription refills.
- · Send secure messages to your healthcare team.
- · Update personal information.
- · Pay your bill on-line.
What You Need to Know:
Starting June 23rd, the ezAccess portal will be read only. You will not be able to send new messages or requests after June 22nd.
The new portal will be available starting June 23, 2026. At your office visit, you will receive an invitation to join the portal. If you would like to request an invite to the new portal prior to your appointment, you may call 252-413-6281 or visit our website at www.physicianseast.com, click on the current patient option then request a log in and complete the request form. We will process requests within two business days.
