About

Meredith Eiban is a highly skilled and passionate Physician Assistant from right here in eastern NC. She graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Life Sciences and then earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from East Carolina University. Meredith is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is an American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) certified clinical preceptor.

Meredith enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family. She is excited to raise her family here and serve the same community she grew up in as a healthcare provider.
